dr evil is like the dirty alter ego of leftside and esco (myspace). legit info on any of these dancehall guys is always hard over the internet, but evil has GOT to be at least half a joke... i cant rally describe it, its just a high-type voice talking about weed and sex? he definitely talks more than anything else, and he makes a lot of corny puns (?)

like i said dr evil is really just leftside & esco, and i cant talk about them without throwing this out there... one of my favorite dancehall songs of the past few years. the video is interesting too, in case you miss that theyre just mad at big girls. its like an anti-ugly anthem. classy.
