PLIES

plies (myspace) is the new bol on slip-n-slide (trick daddy, rawwse, trina) and im liking where this is going. hes got the lean song, the jawn song, and a solid look; alls he needs is for atlantic to stop sitting on 'the real testament'. in terms of new southy guys i probably prefer b.o.b. but plies has some potential... hes at least angrier.

this is a huge song, def his best. the beats typical nitty (ie sounds like its goin down) but its a little tougher. dont know why this never hit big radio (or philly?)...

someone used the same biggie hook earlier this year, but this is still prettay good. his voice dominates the track even if you cant always understand him. i wonder how old this dude is, hes new but i dont think hes a kid.

plies ft t-pain - shawty (zshare)
this is his big hit right now. originally it was a webbie track, but somewhere along the line plies jacked it. yah its a real good one, t-pains the new akon or r kelly or something, hes all over the dayumm radio. im not even mad at autotune yet.

its not great but hes rapping over usher's confessions. YEAHHH BOYEEEEEE.
