SHNEIDER TM
preface: im going to be w/o internet for a few days. (lord willing) im not dead...
in the grrrand scheme of things, this is my favorite favorite song:
schneider tm - the light 3000 (zshare)
its a schneider tm cover of the smiths 'there is a light that never goes out'. dude was a pioneer of the glitch pop electronic stutter business of the late 90s and early 00s. for a long time he was my go to guy... anyways wire mag called this song the best cover of all time (or something like that) and its SPOT ON. i could listen to this shit for-e-ver.
when schneids takes over the lyrics theres (shocking) a bit of a decline -- guhh he talks about the matrix -- but i would still take this over most anything. quick tangent: just look at this guy. but reality check is still a sick song and uses the vocoder real well. in terms of glitchy artists i think he was the most accessible
schneider tm - reality check (zshare)
i hadnt listened to this stuff in a while and i just found out he had an album come out last year -- more power to him. see yall in quick minute...
